The cleaning really leaves something to be desired! The owner is really rude! Forget it! Hope to never go back! 🤮

Boss mega unfriendly and looks very neglected. She made me and my girlfriend aware of the door through which we should enter because the signs have We were not seen totally unfriendly, she came up to us I thought that was the cleaning lady and then I wanted to speak to the owner, she tells me that she is the owner. 😂😂😂😂😂 Staff was okay

Very unfriendly staff who can't get their teeth apart at the entrance (Corona regulation). Unfortunately, a table was assigned without asking, which allegedly could not be changed, although much nicer with a view were free. Waited a long time for a service that could only refer to the card. Positive: Ice cream came quickly, the taste was ok. Wait staff are not really interested in work and motivated. 10 minutes waitresses spoke to who the numbers could until the right one was there. It's a shame, you could do a lot more with the store ...

In the following I will comment on our service. The waiter who was delivered to us was deeply unfriendly and didn't let us sit outside. Regarding this, I ask everyone who wants to eat ice cream in Oberhausen not to visit this restaurant. Thank you very much...

The food is great. The operation leaves a lot to be desired. We took a seat outside. After we were attacked after 4 wasps, we politely asked to be able to take a seat in the café. There was enough space there! We were fobbed off with "no". When it was unbearable, the Latte Macciato hadn't been touched, the waffle with ice cream wasn't nearly finished, I asked to be able to pay. When asked if everything was okay, I explained to the staff again that it was impossible to enjoy the food like that. He did not care. 1 star due to social behavior.

Very rude staff! You cannot even be served in a friendly manner unless you are even insulted. Very fresh. Manners and hospitality should be learned first!

Never again! Very rude and inappropriate behavior. The customer is NOT a king here. We sat outside because the weather was still pretty good. We were also asked twice within a very short time whether we had already chosen something, as if they couldn't get rid of us quickly enough. Our order came quite quickly, but in the meantime it started to storm and rain. We asked if we could sit down. But this was denied due to Corona, although everything inside was free! But a table would have to be disinfected for this. (Would have been too much trouble for the staff ???) We should eat our ice cream in the rain. An employee then asked the rude boss and she must have said in another language that it would be possible for us to go in, but we have to pay beforehand. (Still find the aspect very questionable). I also find it outrageous to speak in another language, so that the customer does not understand anything at that moment and does not turn directly to the dissatisfied customer at that moment. As a boss, I don't think that's possible at all. We will definitely not be back and not recommend this shop to anyone. THIS IS NOT A TREATMENT OF A PAYING CUSTOMER !!!

Today I visited your ice cream parlor with my son. We loved it. The service was good and friendly with very good hygiene regulations and the ice cream tasted great. We also had a nice view on the terrace over the Centro! Keep it up! We would love to come back! :-)

The first time in this ice cream parlor and also the last. The prices are extremely high (sundae € 8.50 for 3 scoops of ice cream) and the taste leaves a lot to be desired. The milk coffee was way too bitter and on request for more sugar we only got 1 sachet. Napkins were also not brought, only after being asked. The staff may have had a bad day ... The hygiene regulations were implemented well.

Ice cream very tasty and nicely presented, And here, great attention is paid to the hygiene rules. What I didn't like was to let 9 customers wait at 10 minutes past 12 to finish cleaning the windows, even though you open at 12 o'clock.

Ice cream was delicious, albeit overpriced at 1.20 per scoop. Edit to the owner's answer: Do not know the prices of the competition and believe that there is really no difference in price. But for 1.20 € the ball was too small.

Very nice outdoor terrace up on the promenade side with a view of the promenade, the beautiful surroundings of the CentrO area and the gasometer in the background. But you also pay for the great view: the prices are quite high. We ate ice cream: the selection and taste were ok, but nothing special. It was clean and you could sit inside and outside. The service was quick and sometimes friendly, but unfortunately you had the feeling that you were dealt with quickly and the drinks were (if you did not order "without ice" diluted very heavily with ice cubes).

2 ice cream cups ordered, both of us got sick, on the one hand the ice cream tasted like a fat paste and was not refreshing at all. On the other hand, the price was really very expensive. If everything had really fit you could possibly still live with the price, but definitely never again with the quality.

Very tasty ice cream. Was initially skeptical about the price until the Titanic sinking iceberg came. Absolutely justified. Staff super friendly. Everything to come back with pleasure. 😍

Never again! In 5 minutes we were asked 5 times whether we had already chosen. The ice cream came quickly, but when I ate the first spoon, the waitress was standing next to us, she would have to cash in because she takes a break. A roll of eyes followed the payment of the card. And for two ice cream cups (size "small" according to the card) and a child's portion, € 23 is already usury!

Slightly sticky tables. Servings normal, prices a little higher. In terms of taste, the ice cream didn't convince me either.

Ice cream tastes very tasty and was ready quickly. However, almost nothing was going on. The portions were relatively small, but the price was large. The high chairs deserved a new coat of paint, as did the menu, from which several pages were loose. And napkins would have been nice too ..

Arrived shortly after noon on a cold November day. Inside it was almost as cold as outside, this huge place was completely empty and the staff, particularly the female one, obviously still not in working mood, which her face clearly showed. Very loud music, unpleasant. Almost like a discotheque. I ordered a Cappuccino which was okay, and a Baileys ice cream Coppa which was entirely void of any Baileys. This place won't see me again

We were here on 22.08.2019. We sat on the terrace with our 8 month old baby who was sleeping in the stroller (Kinderwagen). The waiter came and brought us a chair for kids and said that strollers are not allowed on the terrace and we must put the baby in the chair. I said the baby is asleep and the terrace is EMPTY, so we are not bothering anyone or taking too much space. He said no, so we had to sit inside. 5 minutes later a woman came with a dog and sat on the terrace with no problems. I don't get it.

Here you can sit comfortably inside and outside. Large selection of ice cream cups as well as waffles / crepes, cakes and hearty dishes. Everyone will find something there. The service was friendly. The wrong cake was brought, but it tasted anyway. We were satisfied and we will definitely come back again.
